Jonathan Craig is a member of Redeemer Fellowship in Kansas City, a church in the Acts 29 network–a diverse, global family of church-planting churches. He practices business, construction, and professional liability law in Overland Park, Kansas, where he lives with his wife, Julia. Jonathan is a graduate of Central Christian College and the University of Kansas. He enjoys fishing, reading, history, and English Premier League (EPL) football.
Margaret Diddams, PhD, is Provost at Wheaton College where she also has faculty status as Professor of Psychology. Her main area of expertise is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has taught and served in leadership roles at Columbia University and Seattle Pacific University and was a Senior Manager at Microsoft. Margaret is an avid sports person including skiing and swimming.
Norm Edwards served Seattle Pacific University and Wheaton College as Vice President for Advancement, then took the lessons learned and consulted with nearly 50 other colleges and ministries in their fundraising. His passion for world missions began with high school trips into Mexico. Now retired, he and his wife, Nancy, live at Warm Beach Senior Community.
Ricardo Gómez is Executive Director for Impact Latin America. Originally from Colombia, he has a master’s in theology and a Ph.D. in intercultural studies from Asbury Theological Seminary. He has served the church in many different capacities, primarily in Latin America, including as pastor, church planter and seminary professor. He is currently the Latin American Area Director for Free Methodist World Missions where he has been a missionary for the past 13 years. Ricardo lives in Medellín, Colombia with his wife, Beth, and their two teenage children. When not traveling throughout the region, you will find him exercising, cooking, or watching European league soccer.
Laura Goodnigth is serving as Treasurer for Impact Latin America. She completed her undergraduate degree at Greenville University, double majoring in accounting and business management. She has a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Washington and works at a CPA firm as a tax consultant. She is currently working towards her CPA license. Laura is an avid supporter of the Seattle Storm, Seattle’s WNBA team, and enjoys baking, skiing and playing basketball in her free time.
Romanita Hairston, who is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in theology, is a nationally recognized speaker and thought leader on issues impacting vulnerable populations. She is President & Founder of MORE320, a nonprofit consulting company. She worked in philanthropy with Murdock Charitable Trust and served for 20 years at World Vision, mostly as Vice-president of US programs. She serves on several missional boards, writes a blog, and enjoys running half-marathons.
Glenn Lorenz is a Free Methodist missionary, based in Costa Rica with his wife, Wendy, and their four children. His work is primarily to come alongside the Costa Rica Mission District, as well as assisting leaders and churches in the rest of Central America. Glenn is part of the Pastoral Formation and Community Church Planting Implementation team for Latin America, developing systems and materials to train and ordain leaders and to multiply churches. He holds an MDiv and DMin. He and Wendy (also an FM elder) have served churches in California, Michigan, Arizona, and Kansas as well as taught at Central Christian College of Kansas.
Paul Olver is President and Board Chair for Impact Latin America. He has a Doctor of Ministry in Missions and Leadership, as well as 40 years of experience as a pastor of urban, multi-ethnic churches, a denominational leader, and a missionary. He most recently served as Associate Director of Free Methodist World Missions in Latin America. Along with his wife, Delia Nüesch-Olver, he lives in Seattle, WA, USA. He enjoys biking and international cuisine.
Kathy Stegman served as an administrative assistant/office manager/events coordinator for 19 years–ten at FM PNW Conference Office and nine at Seattle Pacific University. She recently trained as a spiritual director and finds great joy in that. Kathy was a pastor’s wife in Free Methodist churches for 40 years. She and her husband, Jim, live in Seattle and have two grown kids and five grandkids. She enjoys gardening, photography, and being used by God to encourage others.
Francisco Sastre is a social scientist and public health researcher. He has a PhD in Comparative Sociology. His research has focused on health disparities among the Latin American communities in the US. He is the founder of Re|Impact, a consulting company providing research solutions to organizations working on creating lasting social impact. He holds an academic appointment at Albizu University, Miami. He and his wife, Liz, spend time living and working in Miami, Florida, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. In his spare time, he enjoys urban running and playing fútbol.
